To create a business service, navigate to Services Business services and select New Business Service. Name: Enter a meaningful name that will define the business service. Team (Only available on Business, Enterprise for Incident Management and Digital Operations (Legacy) plans): Select a team to associate with the business service. Click Create Business Service to save. If a supporting service is mapped to the business service, and that support service experiences an incident with a qualifying priority, the business service will be impacted and display in the Status dashboard. To view a list of the impacted services, navigate to Services Business services and click on the business service name.
